We are looking to migrate over to a new operating system for Spam Safe Mail over the weekend of 18th and 19th November 2023. There is likely to be intermittent mail delays during the weekend. No email will be lost, but please be mindful that mail may arrive later.

20/11/2023 Due to configuration difficulties over the weekend, this roll out has been delayed until a future date yet to be announced.
20/12/2023 This work has now been rescheduled for between Christmas and New Year, Wed 27th to Fri 29th.
29/12/2023 This is still not working properly and has been completely pulled until further notice.
26/03/2024 More minor work will be carried out over Easter.
05/04/2024 Email sent to MyServer using warning of some minor delays over weekend of 6th and 7th April.
06/04/2024 All outbound emails are now being sent via the new Spam Safe Mail cluster.
07/04/2024 All mail servers now signing outbound emails with DKIM.
12/04/2024 All DKIM and DMARC records published along with updated SPF records.
14/04/2024 Inbound emails now received via the new Spam Safe Mail cluster.
18/04/2024 A double check made to ensure the old cluster no longer is handling Spam Safe Mail traffic.
